We’re excited to officially welcome Allison Taiariol to the Make The Turn team as our new Marketing Operations Manager, beginning December 1st. As our partnerships, projects, and new studio operations continue to grow, Allison joins us at the perfect time to help strengthen our structure, workflow, and client experience.
A note from Allison:
“I’m thrilled to join Make The Turn and step into a role where organization, creativity, and collaboration all come together. I’m looking forward to supporting the team, learning from everyone here, and helping strengthen the systems that keep our work running smoothly.”
Allison brings a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & Public Relations from Grand Valley State University, along with a versatile background in marketing coordination, communication, copywriting, and digital strategy. Her experience includes creative work with Rocket Companies and multiple leadership roles at GVSU across communications, content, and organizational management.
She also spent several years working at Red Run Golf Club in Royal Oak, a role that sharpened her hospitality, customer service, and relationship-building skills. This experience gives her a natural ability to connect with people, stay composed in fast-paced environments, and bring a genuine, client-centered approach to every interaction — whether she’s coordinating a content session, attending a networking event, or supporting one of our ongoing partnerships.
Allison’s Role at Make The Turn
1. Content Session Coordination
Allison will help organize and guide all MTT content sessions — both in our Troy studio and on location. She will support planning, communication, scheduling, and cross-team coordination, ensuring sessions run smoothly from preparation through final delivery. She will also assist in workflow for new website projects and content reviews.
2. Client Management
She will assist with ongoing client relationships by helping manage communication, timelines, deliverables, and internal task flow — ensuring each partnership continues moving forward with clarity, organization, and strong follow-through.
3. Professional Development & Growth Lane
As part of her long-term path at MTT, Allison will also explore a third focus area she’s passionate about — whether that’s networking events, light video shooting/editing, camera work (either behind the camera or on-camera support), outreach, or another creative lane she wants to grow into. We’re committed to supporting her development and helping her build a specialty that aligns with both her strengths and the continued growth of Make The Turn.
A Note from Founder & CEO Mike Sullivan
“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Allison to Make The Turn. Her eagerness, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out immediately. We truly feel she’s going to do great both in client-facing situations and internally — helping us stay organized and elevating how we operate as a team.”
We’re thrilled to have Allison joining us and confident she will make a meaningful impact across our operations, content workflow, and client relationships.
Please join us in welcoming Allison to Make The Turn — we’re looking forward to everything ahead.
