Cristina Paglia was born in Windsor, Ontario and has moved to various cities in U.S. in the states of Michigan and Indiana.Cristina started her education journey in the metro Detroit area of Michigan where she attended both elementary and middle schools.
For high school, Cristina attended James Whitcomb Riley High in South Bend, IN, where she played various sports and was involved the school’s drama program. In her senior year, Cristina needed extra credits to fulfill her GED, so she decided to take Riley’s Radio & TV Broadcasting class. In this class, Cristina found her passion for photo and video creation, and never turned back!
Family and Madonna University’s Broadcasting and Cinema Arts program is what brought Cristina back to Michigan. Here, she focused on her studies and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting and Cinema Arts with a minor in Business Administration. Through being a student at Madonna University, Cristina has worked on two full-length feature film sets, and was awarded 3 Student Production Awards through the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.Cristina began her professional career immediately after graduation as the multimedia specialist for both The Children’s Foundation and the Children’s Hospital of Michigan. In this position, Cristina created graphic, photo, video and audio content for these companies, and for their partners and initiatives as well.
In the summer of 2021 with full support from her coworkers, Cristina decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship and became a full-time freelancer with her own company, T. Rosa Studios, LLC. Through her business, she captures authentic love and joy through photo and video content for families, seniors, couples, weddings, and more.Through her business, Cristina was brought on to Brand25 Media, now known as Make The Turn, to contract as the Assistant Director of Marketing. In this position, she assists in creating various content for the company and for its partners alongside its creative team.
On January 1st, 2023, Sullivan and Brand25 officially rebranded their digital marketing firm to Make The Turn. A name that fits perfectly, not only because of their love of golf, but mainly because it speaks to what the firm does best: Helping businesses make the turn into the digital world and get to the next level.
As the Assistant Director of Media, Cristina works alongside and under the guidance of George Fox to assist in creating dynamic and captivating photo, video, audio and graphic content for Make The Turn and its partners.Cristina is a proud Italian-American/Canadian.
Because of all four of her grandparents’ sacrifices and courage in leaving their homes in Italy, Cristina believes that she has been awarded opportunities that she would not have had otherwise. She also thanks her parents and step-parents for their endless support in her creative endeavors and career, and for always encouraging her to live outside the box of what is expected.
